InstaBar set out in mid 2021 to offer truly portable, stylish, functional and robust bars for the Hospitality and Craft Industry which could be moved and assembled by one person. Each bar is thoughtfully designed and handmade in Brisbane using sustainable marine grade eco-ply.
We offer a range of sizes all built with portability, ease, style and functionality at the core of the design. Our flagship bar, pictured, has even been built to fit on to a standard shipping pallet allowing you to easily and efficiently send the bar around the country for weddings, festivals, pop-ups and trade shows.
Small enough to activate every weekend easily without needing a village and a van to transport and execute, yet functional enough to confidently use for large scale events when linking two or more units together!
InstaBar can be easily and intuitively set up and packed away by one person in as little as two minutes.

1105mm model (pictured) fits perfectly on a standard shipping pallet with room to spare for kegs, cartons and merchandise. Easily and cheaply ship your bar and stock between states for events!

at 995mm wide when folded, our bars fit in the back of most small SUV's between the wheel arches.
